Dear Ipshita, Thank you for your inquiry! The tour is available with daily departures. We recommend if you are booking a flight that you book your reservation first, and wait for the confirmation which normally takes 1 -2 business days. The tour does not include transfers from the airport, but you can meet the group and guide at the Circus Circus hotel in Las Vegas at 3:30 pm on the first day of the tour. We can then check with our hotel department for the availability and quote you extensions prices as we process your reservation. If you will be early, we can check with the hotel department about the airport pick up if you will do a pre-tour hotel extension with us. Regrettably, we can only pick up at Los Angeles airport. You might be required to self-transfer to the first night hotel. Dear Perviz, The group normally returns to Los Angeles between 6:30pm-7:00pm but there may be a 30-60 minute delay caused by some special circumstances, such as bad weather condition, traffic jam, etc. Please note that the closest drop off we offer will be at Chinatown that can average 35-55 minutes depending on traffic to LAX airport. We suggest to check with your airline for the check in time as it also depends on domestic/international flights. Each guest is allowed 1 luggage and 1 carry on while on the tour.
